In the summer of 2022, the Leaders of Color program is providing a series of three workshops that are focused on building effective political campaigns. The sessions, featuring Leaders of Color staff who are seasoned political operatives, are designed to introduce best practices for emerging political leaders.

In New York, several Leaders of Color have been appointed to local office and are running for election in June 2022.

Leaders of Color achieve historic wins in Memphis and Louisiana in 2022. 

On May 3, 2022, Shelby County, TN residents voted for three Leaders of Color to represent them on the County Commission. We are proud to have endorsed and supported these leaders who are poised to make a difference in their communities!
